How long is the sleep trial for a Nolah mattress?
We offer a 120-night risk-free trial period. We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the premium AirFoamâ„¢ technology.
What is the shipping cost and delivery timeframe?
Shipping is free within the contiguous United States. Once your order is processed, your mattress is typically manufactured and delivered to your doorstep within 5 to 10 business days.
Do I need a specific type of bed frame or base?
Nolah mattresses work on any flat, sturdy surface. This includes box springs, slatted bases (with slats no more than 4 inches apart), platform beds, or adjustable bases.
How does the Nolah mattress warranty work?
Every Nolah mattress comes with a Lifetime Limited Warranty that covers any permanent indentations greater than 1 inch and any manufacturing defects in the foam or cover.
What is the return policy if I am not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied after the initial 30-night break-in period, you can initiate a return within the 120-night trial. We will arrange for a local pickup and issue a full refund, minus a $99 transportation fee.
Are Nolah mattresses environmentally friendly?
Yes, our mattresses are 100% carbon neutral and made in the USA. Our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are free from ozone depleters, heavy metals, and formaldehyde.
